“My name is Hay Mar Soe Naing. I graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Faculty of Engineering. Initially, I applied for a Doctoral Degree sandwich program scholarship funded by ASEAN University Network / Southeast Asia Engineering Education Development Network (AUN / SEED-Net), JICA project. This program cooperates with Indonesia and Japan. So, I have the opportunity to study in two countries.
During the three-year academic period at UGM, I gained a lot of things, not just academic knowledge, but also skills and confidence. The teachers, students and academic staffs were very friendly and supportive. In addition, the advisors provided excellent guidance, patience and valuable supports to me throughout my time in doing research. I would like to thank UGM personally because my resume polished under the guidance of UGM is definitely helpful. It has provided me with both knowledge and insight that undoubtedly increased the value of my professional and academic experience.
