The selection process took into account various factors to ensure fairness, diversity, and participants’ readiness. These included the quality of the submitted motivation letter and CV—as primary components of the application—as well as representation from all six study programs, passport preparedness, gender balance, order of registration, and academic eligibility—particularly ensuring that selected students had not yet registered for their thesis defense during the program period.
We sincerely appreciate the enthusiasm and interest shown by all applicants, which reflects the spirit of global collaboration that this program aims to foster.
Program Coverage
All selected participants will receive full support for accommodation, meals, and all official program activities during their stay in Malaysia. In addition, each participant will be granted partial funding of IDR 1,500,000 to support international flight expenses.
What’s Next?
- All selected participants will be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group for further coordination regarding flight arrangements and pre-departure preparation.
- For participants who have not yet completed their passport process, please do so immediately. Should you encounter any challenges, contact teti@ugm.ac.id.
Thank you.
